IT OPERATIONS ENGINEER
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or IT support.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, VPNs, and Windows/Linux environments.
- Strong proficiency in ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, JIRA, Zendesk, Freshservice, or similar).
- Proven ability to meet and exceed SLAs and KPIs related to incident resolution, service availability, and IT support efficiency.
- Knowledge on backup, disaster recovery, and IT compliance best practices.
- Basic exposure to cloud computing (Azure, AWS) and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
