OPERATION MANAGER
Location:
Western Province, Sri Lanka.
We are a premier and highly recognized security services provider in Sri Lanka, seeking a dedicated and experienced Operation Manager to lead and manage our security personnel across the Western Province.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Age between 45 to 55 years
- Fluent in English – both written and spoken
- Computer literate
- Mandatory: Prior service in the Armed Forces or Police with a minimum rank of Major or equivalent
- At least 5 years of proven experience as an Operation Manager in a reputed security company
- Own motor vehicle required
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills
- Capable of managing and overseeing regional security operations
