Competencies

  • Degree in Facilities Management or other relevant field from recognized university or institute
  • 01 - 02 years of experience in a similar capacity in the field of facilities or property management
  • Knowledge and experience in coordinating MEP, plant & machinery related services in commercial / industrial buildings
  • Certificate / Diploma in Management or Administration
  • Understanding & knowledge in facility Management (construction / properties & equipment) in office environment
  • Strong communication, organizational and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Scope & Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day maintenance & repair operations related to MEP and other building systems
  • Coordinate with internal maintenance staff and external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental standards
  • Assist Location Head for execution of all facilities management related activities
