Competencies
- Degree in Facilities Management or other relevant field from recognized university or institute
- 01 - 02 years of experience in a similar capacity in the field of facilities or property management
- Knowledge and experience in coordinating MEP, plant & machinery related services in commercial / industrial buildings
- Certificate / Diploma in Management or Administration
- Understanding & knowledge in facility Management (construction / properties & equipment) in office environment
- Strong communication, organizational and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Scope & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance & repair operations related to MEP and other building systems
- Coordinate with internal maintenance staff and external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery
- Ensure compliance with safety, health and environmental standards
- Assist Location Head for execution of all facilities management related activities
