Associate Business Analyst
JOB PROFILE
- Understand the business requirement of multiple stakeholders
- Identify the current – state and future – state business processes and convert the requirements into user stories by adapting to the agile SDLC
- Assist business stakeholders to envision the future depending on the necessity
- Create, analyze and validate detailed functional specifications in an agile manner
- Facilitate design sessions with the implementation team to define solutions
- Deliver elements of business requirements including high-level systems design, business rules, wire frames, acceptance criteria or any other detailed deliverable
- Support the QA and UAT to ensure that the specifications are delivered
- Perform post implementation review to make sure change objectives are achieved
- Execute business analysis role in multiple projects assigned by PMO
APPLICANT'S PROFILE
- Bachelor's Degree specialised in IT / ICT / Finance / Business Administration
- Minimum three (03) years of experience in enterprise business analysis including two (02) years of experience in Agile Framework
- Business Analysis experience in Banking or Finance domain will be an added advantage
- Excellent command of English both spoken and written
- Conversant with Banking domain including Digital Banking, Core Banking, Retail Banking, Card Operation and Treasury
- Understand of the agile methodologies, software development life cycle and relational databases
