Associate Business Analyst
We’re on the lookout for a sharp, detail-oriented Associate Business Analyst to support our business analysis efforts and help drive smarter decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements with stakeholders
- Analyse processes and recommend improvements
- Assist in preparing BRDs, functional specs, and user stories
- Support development and testing teams during implementation
- Contribute to UAT execution and coordinate feedback
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
- 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with SDLC, JIRA, Confluence, and Agile is a plus
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
