Manager Regional Property (Real-estate Industry)
Our client is a member of a well-established diversified conglomerate in Sri Lanka.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in property management and or real estate sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
- A degree from a recognised university or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Adequate experience in the trade will be considered in place of academic qualifications for exceptionally experienced candidates.
- Sound business acumen, technical know-how and exceptional skills in multitasking, good understanding of the legislations and regulations relevant to the sector.
- Should be able to achieve the annual, monthly sales targets and recommend properties for purchasing after visiting them and reviewing all required data.
- Excellent selling skills with good verbal and written communication in Sinhala & English.
