We are now seeking a Graduate Structural Engineer who is passionate about design and ready to grow with us.
Responsibilities
- Develop and create ETABS and SAFE models, along with performing hand calculations for building elements.
- Collaborate effectively with Australian staff and provide support to Directors and senior management team members.
- Engage in the design and documentation phases of high-rise construction projects.
- Prepare documentation in accordance with Cadigal Group engineering standards and address additional documentation requirements as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised university.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with a willingness to learn professional communication with Australian engineers and clients.
- Basic knowledge of structural design software such as ETABS, SAFE, or similar tools; training will be provided.
- An understanding of or willingness to learn Australian standards for structural design.
- Any academic or internship experience in structural or building design is desirable.
- Eagerness to learn, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude are essential.
