Executive – Loyalty Operation

What you need to do

  • Lead initiatives to personalize and enhance customer experience through innovative engagement strategies.
  • Leverage customer insights and analytics to design loyalty propositions and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with IT and digital teams to implement loyalty related digital transformation projects.
  • Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships that enhance the loyalty program or overall customer value proposition.
  • Oversee partnership contracts, MOUs, SLAs, and other business agreements to ensure legal and operational compliance.
  • Act as the primary liaison with partners to ensure mutual value delivery and long-term collaboration.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase corporate and retail sales of e-vouchers.
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), governance frameworks, and process documentation for loyalty and partnership functions.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize work flows for improved efficiency and scalability.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration by aligning processes with stakeholders in operations, IT, legal, and finance.
  • Ensure all loyalty and partnership initiatives are aligned with local regulatory requirements.
  • Develop internal policies and training programs related to data privacy and consent management.
  • Collaborate with the MI and IT teams to implement compliant systems and facilitate periodic audits.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, customer loyalty, strategic partnerships, or business operations.
  • Experience working in a customer-centric industry with exposure to cross-functional projects.
  • Proven ability to manage high-impact programs and commercial partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of digital tools and platforms relevant to customer engagement and loyalty ecosystems.
  • Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
