Human Resources Officer

The Ideal Candidate Should be,

  • Full or part qualification in HR from a recognized institute.
  • Prior Experience in overall HR functions.
  • Proficiency in HRIS System and MS office Packages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment onboarding and off boarding of employees.
  • Maintain accurate & timely records of HOD’s & employee’s rosters/leave/attendance on HRIS/ Time and Attendance systems.
  • Grievance handling and ER responsibilities.
  • Coordinate the T&D requirements with group HR.
  • Coordinate with other HR Functions, such as employee engagement activities, handle PMS and reward management system.
