Talent Acquisition Executive (Maldives)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for local and international clients.
- Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Build strong relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs.
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in HR, Business Management, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR (freshers with strong passion may apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing and networking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with ATS or recruitment tools is a plus.
