Assistant Manager – Learning & Development (Maldives)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing, developing, and implementing learning programs aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate with departments to identify skill gaps.
  • Deliver and facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and e-learning programs.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare reports for management.
  • Support career development initiatives and succession planning.
  • Lead and mentor junior L&D team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training roles.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in e-learning tools and LMS platforms.
