Assistant Manager – Learning & Development (Maldives)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing, developing, and implementing learning programs aligned with company goals.
- Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate with departments to identify skill gaps.
- Deliver and facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and e-learning programs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare reports for management.
- Support career development initiatives and succession planning.
- Lead and mentor junior L&D team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training roles.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in e-learning tools and LMS platforms.
