HR & Administration Assistant:

Job brief:- We are looking for a Human Resources & Administration Assistant to support overall functioning of the HR Department.

Responsibilities:

  • Report to the HR manager regarding day to day HR operations
  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources manager & Showroom Manager
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
  • Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
  • Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database
  • Arranging branch returns, non-moving, slow moving items and manual stock reconciliations
  • Checking daily sales reports, change money and petty cash
  • Preparing staff welfare, stationary and meals reports
  • Exchange books verifications

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Tamil language
  • Proven experience as an HR & Administration Assistant
  • Diploma or a Degree will be an advantage
  • Basic knowledge on labor law
  • Strong communication and team work skills
