Assistant Manager — Cutting

As the Assistant Manager — Cutting is responsible for ensuring uninterrupted supply of cut kits to the sewing area as per predetermined schedule. The role holder is also responsible for managing team members efficiently and effectively to achieve pre-determined cutting goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning and achievement of targets for the assigned cutting section, in line with the production target.
- Ensure smooth operation of cutting process to ensure On Time Delivery of Cut kits.
- Supervise the Cutting team.
- Responsible for the Embellishment Operation Function of the Plant.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Clothing Technology with Certificate in Pattern Making.
- 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role in cutting function.
