FRONT OFFICE MANAGER
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise of front office & reservations staff
- Handling all reservation inquiries whilst maintaining a good relationship with a travel agent and customers
- Supervise and maintain accurate information in the reservation system
- Ensuring an efficient and professional service on all guest communication channels
- Updating reservations reports and system with accurate informations
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification from recognized institutions.
- Possess minimum 3 years experience in front office operations in star class hotel.
- Ability to work under pressure in a highly personalized service environment.
- Age below 40 years
FRONT OFFICE EXECUTIVE
Required Qualifications
- A minimum two years of experience in a similar capacity at a reputed hotel.
- Individual should have a strong interpersonal and problem solving skills in front office operations.
- Good computer literacy with an excellent command of English both verbal and written.
- Sound knowledge on hotel reservation system.
