Hotel Alakamanda is one of the leading tourist hotel in Anuradhapura since 2012. We are looking for below positions with immediate effect,

FRONT OFFICE MANAGER

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise of front office & reservations staff
  • Handling all reservation inquiries whilst maintaining a good relationship with a travel agent and customers
  • Supervise and maintain accurate information in the reservation system
  • Ensuring an efficient and professional service on all guest communication channels
  • Updating reservations reports and system with accurate informations

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent qualification from recognized institutions.
  • Possess minimum 3 years experience in front office operations in star class hotel.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a highly personalized service environment.
  • Age below 40 years

FRONT OFFICE EXECUTIVE

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum two years of experience in a similar capacity at a reputed hotel.
  • Individual should have a strong interpersonal and problem solving skills in front office operations.
  • Good computer literacy with an excellent command of English both verbal and written.
  • Sound knowledge on hotel reservation system.
