We’re looking for a
Administrative Executive with sustainability focus
to join our team in Sri Lanka!
Responsibilities:
- Assisting HR manager in hiring, payroll, maintaining personal records, attendance, staff trainings, staff insurance and other admin tasks
- Manage office supplies (stationery) and keeping inventory records
- Liaise with labor department related duties & functions and submitting periodic reports to regulatory bodies
- Liaise with partners, suppliers to meet sustainable procurement goals
- Ensure compliance with environmental standards
- Suggest improvements for sustainable practices
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent professional qualification in HR from a recognized institute
- 2+ years experience in similar admin roles
- Familiarity with sustainability frameworks is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong interest in sustainability and environmental concerns
- Skills on drafting letters, contracts and presentations, slides, documents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Sinhala
- High level of integrity, punctuality and work ethics
- Knowledge of labor laws
- Age below 30 years
