Supervisor (Building Construction/Renovation Works Male)

The Supervisor will hold the following responsibilities and duties (Male)
- Ensure that all engineering and construction activities are executed according to company standards and client expectations.
- Conduct site inspections, manage resources, and maintain quality control.
- Ability to handle various renovation works sites with technical knowledge.
- Identify business opportunities for renovation work.
- Strong leadership, managing labourers and site supervisors.
- Prepare quotations for facility management (renovation work) if required.
- Deal with subcontractors and suppliers to get competitive prices.
- Assist in overseeing day-to-day technical operations of facility management projects.
- Motivate team members and deal calmly and effectively with high-stress situations.
- Valid Motor Cycle riding license and Lightweight vehicle.
Requirements
- Qualified with a Technical college Certificate (NCT) or relevant Certificate from an accredited internationally recognized institution or equality Technical College / University.
- Minimum of 4 Years experience.
- Takes initiative and has good planning and organization skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Displays original thinking and creativity, presents ideas and information in a manner that other’s attention.
- Preferably below 50 years in age a pleasing personality.
- Able to act on own initiative and proactive way.
- Applicants residences around Gampaha District will be given priority.
