What You'll Do:
- Prepare comprehensive annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
- Prepare comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and reports to support decision-making processes.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve organizational objectives.
- Conduct thorough market analysis, competitor assessments, and industry research to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with operational plans.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide insights to enhance business performance.
What we are looking for:
- Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants Sri Lanka.
- Audit practice is mandatory.
- Proven experience in business planning, strategy development, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficient in financial modelling and analysis.
