Airline Ticketing & Refund Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and validate refund applications in compliance with airline policies.
  • Reconcile and verify BSP reports and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Manage ticketing-related tasks including issuance, reissuance, exchanges, and cancellations.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve refund disputes or discrepancies.
  • Analyze fare rules, tax breakdowns, and commission structures to ensure correct refund amounts.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of transactions and communications.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in airline ticketing or travel agency operations.
  • One year experience in airline refunds handling is a must.
  • Proficiency in at least one major GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or similar) is mandatory.
  • Solid understanding of fare rules, airline refund policies, and IATA standards.
  • Familiarity with BSP processes and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
