THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE REQUIRED TO POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:
- Provide technical service and support for industrial water treatment systems, including potable water treatment, cooling towers, boilers, and wastewater systems
- Conduct system audits, perform water quality analysis, and troubleshoot issues at customer sites to ensure optimal performance
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering value-driven service and support
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and contribute to overall business growth
- Ensure all activities are carried out in compliance with Ecolab’s safety, quality, and reporting standards
PRE-REQUISITES
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Water Resources Management, or a National Diploma in Chemical Engineering with relevant experience, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred; however, fresh engineering graduates are encouraged to apply. Nalco Water provides the training and resources to develop world-class water treatment specialists.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in English, with strong presentation skills.
- A valid driving license and a willingness to travel to customer sites across the region.
- Candidates should be below 30 years of age.
