Job Role
We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Manager – Management Coordination to work directly with our Senior Management. This role requires strong leadership in communication, coordination, and execution of management-level decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the flow of communication between Senior Management and other departments.
- Accurately record and distribute minutes of high-level meetings, ensuring clear tracking and closure of action points.
- Lead the follow-up process across departments to ensure timely execution of strategic decisions.
- Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and correspondence with clarity and precision.
- Manage confidential information and demonstrate sound judgment in all interactions.
- Proactively support the management team with strategic planning, scheduling, and administrative follow-through.
Qualifications:
- A Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior executive support, coordination, or managerial role.
- Excellent command of English – both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Proven ability to handle pressure, multitask, and drive tasks to closure.
- Experience working with top-level executives and handling confidential matters is essential.
