ASSOCIATE PRODUCT ENGINEER (REMOTE)
As a Product Engineer, you bridge the gap between idea and execution—crafting scalable, secure, and user-focused SaaS products and internal tools across both web and mobile platforms. You don’t just write code; you engineer meaningful, real-world digital solutions that drive business value and elevate user experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and scale custom web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Next.js, and Node.js.
- Develop secure, high-performance REST APIs that integrate seamlessly with third-party services and internal platforms.
- Build mobile applications using React Native with Expo, ensuring seamless cross-platform performance on iOS and Android.
- Design intuitive and responsive UIs with Tailwind CSS and elevate the user experience with Framer Motion for smooth, engaging animations.
- Architect and manage relational and non-relational databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Firebase to support dynamic application needs.
- Leverage platforms like Supabase, Strapi, and Firebase to accelerate development while maintaining full control over application logic.
- Deploy and manage applications using AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean, and Docker, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
What You Bring:
- A strong grasp of core web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Proven expertise in frontend and backend development using React and Node.js, with a focus on writing clean, modular code.
- Hands-on experience building mobile apps with React Native and Expo, ensuring smooth user experiences across devices.
- Solid understanding of database design, performance optimization, and data security across MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Firebase.
- Experience with cloud platforms and containerization to support robust deployment pipelines.
- Skilled in version control using Git and platforms like GitHub, with collaborative workflows and CI/CD awareness.
- A mindset focused on product thinking, understanding how technical decisions impact the end-user and business goals.
- The ability to debug, optimize, and enhance complex systems while maintaining productivity and team alignment.
- Passion for writing secure, maintainable code that aligns with industry best practices and delivers real-world impact.
