SHOWROOM MANAGER CIB SHOPPING CENTRES
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily showroom operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Supervise staff, foster team motivation, and monitor performance.
- Drive sales growth and ensure efficient inventory management.
- Implement visual merchandising standards and promotional strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years in the retail or fashion industry.
- Strong leadership and sales management expertise.
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
