MULTI-DUTY TECHNICIAN
SPECIALIZING IN AIR CONDITIONING
DUTIES OF THE MULTI-DUTY TECHNICIANS WILL INCLUDE:
- Installation, maintenance, and repair of AC systems, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and general facility support.
THE MULTI-DUTY TECHNICIAN SHOULD:
- Technical diploma in HVAC/Air Conditioning or NVQ level 4
- Refrigerant handling certification
- 3+ years experience with AC systems
- Knowledge of split units, centralized systems, and VRF/VRV
- General maintenance abilities (plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
