INTERNSHIP - SERVICE FULFILMENT

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the booking and confirmation process for accommodations and activities
  • Coordinating services with local suppliers, guides, and transportation providers
  • Maintaining quality standards respective to each principal
  • Helping manage last-minute changes or requests
  • Monitoring and updating service schedules and operational records
  • Assisting with quality control and customer service follow-up
  • Participating in internal meetings and reporting

Candidate Profile:

  • Current student or recent graduate in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communicator in English (additional languages a plus)
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
