SALES MANAGER
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop strategies to meet and exceed targets, and build lasting relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales leadership, team motivation, and strategic planning.
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- • Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala
- • Valid driving license is preferred
- • Age between 30 to 40 years preferred
- • Remuneration package is negotiable
