We are looking for suitable candidate to fill the following position in our Sales Department
SALES MANAGER – TURNKEY DIVISION
This role is designed to generate sales for the Supermet Turnkey utilizing the strengths of the division and plan ahead to lead the sales aspect focusing on future growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a solid base of Architects, Consultants and Engineers through constant visits/ prestation’s and follow-up.
- Effectively contribute to achieve divisions monthly sales targets by extensively reaching out to existing and prospective clients.
- Active participation in trade shows, demonstrating products to new customers and prospecting for new customers.
- Set team goals for Turnkey Division and conduct periodic performance reviews with all team members.
- Lead by example, using established sales processes and close a high percentage of leads that you and your team generates.
- Timely follow-up and clearance of outstanding payments and retentions is a key responsibility.
- Receive customer feed-back regarding ongoing and completed projects and communicate among team members for further improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years sales closing experience in a construction (contractor) company.
- Sales & Marketing related Full/ part qualification or HND.
