We are one of the oldest Educational Consultancy firms, based in Colombo 3, Sri Lanka, representing universities and colleges in countries such as the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand.

We are seeking an individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive. You must play a dual role that requires excellent customer management skills combined with the ability to create engaging video content.

Responsibilities:

Client Coordination:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients (students).
  • Understand client needs and provide relevant information.
  • Manage client communications, and provide information.
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

YouTube Presenter:

  • Present information to students on YouTube/TikTok etc.
  • Assist to develop video topics and formats.
  • Participate in video recording.
  • Promote video content across different platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable and confident on camera with strong presentation abilities.
  • Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Basic understanding of video production is a plus (not mandatory).
  • Proficiency in both Sinhala and English languages is a must.

Applicants with similar experience preferred.

Familiarity with social media marketing is an added advantage.
