About the role
We are looking for a Manager Production to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for,
- Ensure the production plan is adhered to set timelines to achieve the business targets
- Follow up and align with quality and safety requirements of the manufacturing department
- Optimum utilization of allocated resources to achieve production targets
- Coordinate with engineering and other service departments to keep confirming the continuous plant running condition
- Motivate, encourage, and train the staff for present and future business requirements
- Communicate with management and keep updated production achievements and other issues
- Responsible for submitting the required production reports to the management
What you bring
- BSc Degree in Chemical & Process (Eng) or any other production/manufacturing related degree
- A minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience in a similar capacity within the food manufacturing industry is required
- Experience in soya manufacturing will be considered an added advantage
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in oils and fats will be an added advantage
- Age below 45
