VACANCY – ISO QMS OFFICER
Synergy Engineering (Pvt) Ltd. is a leading engineering and fabrication company in Sri Lanka, specializing in steel structures, construction services, and engineering solutions. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an ISO Quality Management Systems (QMS) Officer.
Key Responsibilities – Quality Management:
- Implement, monitor, and maintain ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems.
- Prepare and update quality manuals, procedures, and work instructions.
- Coordinate internal and external audits; follow up on corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company and client quality standards.
- Organize training and awareness programs related to quality and ISO compliance.
Candidate Profile:
- At least 1 year of experience in ISO QMS implementation.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards.
- Proficient in MS Office and strong documentation skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
