Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the Management Representative and guide all requirements relating to ISO 9001:2015
- Ensure all factories of the organization are in-compliance with factory standards and provide guidance accordingly
- Promote 5S, Six Sigma, Lean and Value Stream Mapping to continually improve the business operations
- Implement Internal Audit programs and ensure timely Corrective action plans for internal and external audits by liaising with internal stakeholders
- Ensure agreements, license, approvals and certifications are renewed prior to expiry and timely submission of information as and when required by Customers, third parties and government entities from time to time.
- Be able to travel to our multiple factory locations (Colombo, Nugegoda, Kurunegala) and guide to make a sustainable environment.
- Be proactive and ready to take up and lead any new challenges set by the Management
The Requirement:
- Academic qualification in Business Management / Compliance
- Lead Auditor Certification would be an added advantage
- Fluency in English and Sinhala
- Excellent Leadership, Communication, Analytical & Negotiation Skills
