Location: Head Office – Kadawatha (Site visits across Sri Lanka)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and execute construction projects with precision
- Supervise site activities and manage construction manpower
- Coordinate project timelines and budgets
- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance at all sites
- Implement cost-saving techniques and modern construction methods
- Monitor construction progress and update stakeholders
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction/project execution
- Strong knowledge in project planning and execution
- Up-to-date understanding of construction rates and materials
- Excellent people management and communication skills
- Willingness to travel across Sri Lanka to monitor project sites
- Ability to meet deadlines and tackle real-time challenges on-site
