RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Build strong talent pipelines and support employer branding initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and manage job postings across platforms.
- Support payroll processing, leave, and attendance via the HRIS system.
- Contribute to employee engagement, performance reviews, and tracking feedback.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Maintain deadlines and handle ad-hoc tasks as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in HR, Business Management, or relevant field. (Full/part qualification in CQHRM is preferred)
- 3+ years of HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment (freshers and sales hiring).
- Fluent in English (Tamil proficiency is an advantage).
- Proficient in HRIS tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor regulations.
- Preference given to candidates based in or around Colombo.
