REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or an equivalent professional qualification from a recognized Government University or institution is required.
- Age between 30 and 45 years.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of work experience in a similar or equivalent role.
- A Master of Business Administration (MBA) qualification will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal in English and Sinhala or Tamil.
- Proven experience in IT application system implementation within the plantation sector is required.
- Prior exposure to the plantation sector is required.
