Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analysis of In-process and finished product samples (Tablets/Capsules/Dry powder Injections) as per Standard Test Procedure.
- Analysis of raw materials and stability samples as per the Standard Test Procedure.
- Daily and monthly calibration of analytical balance.
- Calibrating the pH meter and conductivity meter.
- Sampling and analysis of purified water, WFI water and pure steam condensate as per standard procedure.
- Following good documentation practices in quality control.
- Testing samples using UV Spectrometer/FTIR/Polarimeter/TOC.
- Preparation of SOPs.
- Knowledge on Pharmacopoeial requirements.
- Monitoring of laboratory items stock, glassware cleaning process and laboratory cleaning process.
- Preparation of trend reports.
- Maintain laboratory 5S system.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor or Master of Science specialized in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or similar discipline.
- Minimum 03 + years working experience in similar capacity.
- Capability of handling laboratory instruments such as HPLC/UV/FTIR/Dissolution apparatus etc.
- Knowledge about instrument calibration.
- Ability to work well in both team oriented and self-directed environment.
- Good communication skills in English.
