Planning, organizing, executing & monitoring Brand Activations & Channel activations (GT / MT) for the entire brand portfolio as per the annual activation calendar.
Liaising with relevant core brand management team, sales teams, and Customer Marketing team to plan the activation & finalize the concept of the activation.
Make activation PR & coordinate with the procurement team to finalize the activation agency/Suppliers.
Evaluating sales achievement against the set criteria and result sharing with relevant stakeholders in all activations.
Establish SOPs and educate relevant stakeholders on the SOPs with regard to the brand promotion and activation SOPs.
Capability in manage and operate a APP front end and back end.
Training and development of subordinates & promotion crews/ SPGs.
Accountable for Event Management, Media driven activation managements.
ARE YOU ?
Holder of a Degree in Marketing from a recognized university.
Overall, 2-3 years in the relevant field.
Experience in handling promotions and activations preferably in the FMCG industry or electronic media industry will be considered.
