ASSISTANT MANAGER
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30AM - 17:30PM
Work Location: Dehiwala
Salary is negotiable and will be based on experience and qualifications.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a food-related company is preferred.
- Exposure to product development or brand management is a plus.
- Educational Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Food Science / Food Technology / Nutrition.
- Professional or postgraduate qualifications in Marketing (e.g., PG Diploma, MBA) will be a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support new product development initiatives from concept to launch.
- Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and production teams for seamless execution.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support innovation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Continuously improve existing products based on customer feedback and market trends.
