Seeks Executive – Production
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production activities to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing of Ayurvedic products.
- Update daily/Monthly production plans in relation to production forecast.
- Coordinate with R&D, QA, and procurement teams to maintain quality standards and production schedules.
- Monitor inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Ensure GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOPs are followed on the production plant.
- Maintain production documentation and reports for internal audits and regulatory compliance.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize productivity and reduce waste.
- Supervise production staff, ensuring safety and performance standards are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Science including Chemistry as a subject, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in handling, monitoring a manufacturing department.
- Good understanding of regulatory and manufacturing standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with production planning and SAP systems is a plus.
