We are looking for IMPORT & EXPORT DOCUMENTATION EXECUTIVE
NMI Infra Private Limited is a 100% Sri Lankan-owned company and the country's pioneering telecommunication engineering service provider. We are looking for a self-motivated dynamic individual with a high degree of drive, enthusiasm, and good communication skills to join our team.
TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide accurate and up-to-date shipment summary updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Obtain SLS, Import control and other government authority approvals to facilitate efficient customs clearance processes.
- Finalize and proceed with the necessary shipping documents.
- Efficiently coordinate and manage the Import and Export activities.
PROFILE / QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in Supply Chain or any related qualification from a recognized institute.
- Advanced Excel/Data Analyzing skills.
- Experience in working with an ERP system is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in handling similar responsibilities.
- Good communication skills, Coordination and PR skills.
- Age below 30 years.
- Candidates from Colombo area and willing to join on an immediate basis is preferred.
