JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen and shortlist applicants based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates.
  • Maintain recruitment databases and track hiring metrics.
  • Support employer branding and campus recruitment activities.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
