HR and Admin Coordinator cum Junior Secretary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
  • Coordinate employee welfare, leave, and attendance tracking.
  • Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
  • Assist in performance appraisal and training coordination.
  • Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility administration.
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to senior management.
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and prepare meeting minutes.
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and document filing.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and internal communications.
  • Plan and coordinate company events such as staff meetings, training programs, team outings, and client functions.

Candidate Profile:

  • Diploma or Degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
