HR and Admin Coordinator cum Junior Secretary

Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
- Coordinate employee welfare, leave, and attendance tracking.
- Maintain HR policies and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
- Assist in performance appraisal and training coordination.
- Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and facility administration.
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to senior management.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and prepare meeting minutes.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and document filing.
- Assist with travel arrangements and internal communications.
- Plan and coordinate company events such as staff meetings, training programs, team outings, and client functions.
Candidate Profile:
- Diploma or Degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
