JUNIOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST
We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Junior Technical Support Specialist to provide first-level IT support during night shifts/US business hours (on-site role). The ideal candidate will assist users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues, ensuring smooth IT operations in a fast-paced environment.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guide users through the process of launching software and using it for the first time.
- Troubleshoot software issues and provide actionable solutions, including sending technical documentation to end-users.
- Recommend hardware updates when existing systems cannot support specific software.
- Escalate complex cases to senior technicians or analysts.
- Eventually take remote control of user systems to resolve issues directly.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Diploma or HND in Software Engineering is an advantage.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in revenue cycle management (e.g., collections or benefits verification).
- Prior experience in technical support is a plus.
