Thus, we are seeking for an individual who can take challenges to soar the organization to the next level.
Job Description
- Oversee daily operations – Planning, coordinating and supervising daily operation activities to ensure efficient and effective operation
- Assist in managing and guiding team members ensuring alignment with performance standards and operational goals
- Take necessary steps to monitor and control the entire operational aspects of ongoing projects
- Reporting and Analysis – Prepare and analyze operational reports and provide actionable insights to the management
- Customer, supplier and vendor coordination- Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers and internal department to ensure effective and smooth operation
Candidate Profile
- Graduate or equivalent qualification in Management / Administration
- Strong project management skills
- Analytical and conceptual skills
- Age between 35 to 50 years
- Computer literacy
- Minimum of two years’ experience in the same capacity
- Preferable a candidate around Horana
