PURCHASING & STORES EXECUTIVE – COLOMBO 7
Join our team at TILAPIYA, a dynamic restaurant in Colombo 7. We're hiring a proactive Purchasing & Stores Executive to oversee purchasing operations, manage stock from receipt to issuance, and maintain inventory accuracy.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate purchasing orders within budgetary limits.
- Oversee receipt and inspection of materials.
- Manage issuance and maintain accurate documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize turnover.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Hotel industry experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in purchasing and inventory systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
