Executive – Front Office & Admin (Female)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Direct guests appropriately and ensure their needs are met.
- Maintain a detailed visitor log and enforce all security and access protocols.
- Ensure a high standard of cleanliness, well-maintained, and presentable.
- Respond to inquiries and provide accurate and relevant information to clients and guests.
- Monitor and manage office supplies; track inventory levels and place reorders as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers; place orders, verify deliveries, and maintain accurate invoice records.
- Support ongoing administrative work, including preparing reports and handling communication-related tasks.
- Proactively contribute to team efforts by taking on ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma/HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Successfully completed G.C.E. A/L with at least a ‘C’ pass in English and Mathematics.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Front Office (Reception) or Administrative roles.
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Sinhala and/or Tamil is an added advantage.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Female candidates only; preference will be given to applicants based in or around Colombo.
