RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Direct guests appropriately and ensure their needs are met.
  • Maintain a detailed visitor log and enforce all security and access protocols.
  • Ensure a high standard of cleanliness, well-maintained, and presentable.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide accurate and relevant information to clients and guests.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies; track inventory levels and place reorders as needed.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers; place orders, verify deliveries, and maintain accurate invoice records.
  • Support ongoing administrative work, including preparing reports and handling communication-related tasks.
  • Proactively contribute to team efforts by taking on ad-hoc administrative duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma/HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Successfully completed G.C.E. A/L with at least a ‘C’ pass in English and Mathematics.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Front Office (Reception) or Administrative roles.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Sinhala and/or Tamil is an added advantage.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Female candidates only; preference will be given to applicants based in or around Colombo.
