Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Managing daily production processes and following up.
- Conduct a daily meeting with the production supervisors.
- Provide solution for the issues that were discussed at the meeting.
- Monitor the production with the supervisor on an hourly basis.
- Involve in quality and technical issues.
- Monitor the loss time and provide the solutions.
- Report the major problems that can not be solved in his level to the production manager.
- Responsible in monitoring whether the delivery is made with accordance to the PO.
- Monitor the actual production achievement against the planned.
- Participation in the PP meeting, risk analysis meeting and sharing suggestions.
- Perform additional duties commensurate with the current job roles as and when and where required by the management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Should have minimum 1-3 years production executive experience in manufacturing or apparel Industry.
- Degree/diploma or professional qualification from a recognized university or institute is an added advantage.
- Result and goal oriented attitude with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skills coupled with people management capabilities.
- Age below 45.
