Customer Support Analyst
Essential Requirements
- Willing to work on 24x7 shift roster (8-hour shift)
- Should be flexible to work on weekends and public holidays
- Prior working experience in a similar capacity will be an added advantage
- An exceptional level of computer literacy is required
- Excellent listening, problem solving and analytical skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic
- Passionate in interacting with customers
- Ability to work under pressure
- Provide outstanding customer service to improve customer satisfaction and relationship
- Handle and resolve customer complaints/inquiries via mail or phone in a timely and accurate manner
The Person
- Age should not be over 30
- Minimum qualification: GCE A/L or higher
- Diploma or Degree will be an added advantage
- Must have a proven track record
- Should be able to communicate fluently in English/Sinhala Languages
- Should be a team player with a positive attitude
