- Successful completion of the GCE Advanced Level (A/L) Examination.
- Proficiency in Sinhala language is mandatory (Knowledge of English or Tamil will be considered an added advantage).
- Computer literacy (MS Office).
- Available to work extended hours.
- Confidence in effectively managing incoming and outgoing calls.
- Willingness to work on weekends.
