Successful completion of the GCE Advanced Level (A/L) Examination.
Proficiency in Sinhala language is mandatory (Knowledge of English or Tamil will be considered an added advantage).
Computer literacy (MS Office).
Available to work extended hours.
Confidence in effectively managing incoming and outgoing calls.
Willingness to work on weekends.
