  • Successful completion of the GCE Advanced Level (A/L) Examination.
  • Proficiency in Sinhala language is mandatory (Knowledge of English or Tamil will be considered an added advantage).
  • Computer literacy (MS Office).
  • Available to work extended hours.
  • Confidence in effectively managing incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Willingness to work on weekends.
