Pattern Maker
Established in 2004, Austgrow has a rich apparel history and commitment to innovation, and we stand as a leading force in the industry. We are currently on the lookout for a pattern maker.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop patterns for styles based on design sketch and technical requirements.
- Candidate should be able to develop patterns in all types of garment categories.
- Collaborate with internal teams for garment fit ons and make necessary adjustments to relevant patterns.
- Create graded patterns ensuring correct fit is maintained across size ranges.
- Record and maintain an organized system for pattern storage and documentation.
- Ability to conduct risk analysis meetings and PP meetings with relevant teams.
Candidate Profile:
- Certificate or Diploma in pattern making, garment technology or relevant professional qualification.
- Good knowledge in both knit and woven fabric.
- Experience of 1-2 years in a similar capacity.
- Strong experience in TUKA pattern making software.
- Proficient in size grading, fabric behaviour, and pattern adjustment for various garment types.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
