EXECUTIVE COORDINATOR - EDUCATION DIVISION

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and process exemption applications following established criteria and policies.
  • Manage student registrations, communications, exam arrangements, and follow-ups related to the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) qualifications.
  • Monitor and support quality assurance processes of approved learning partners, including evaluations and feedback collection.
  • Facilitate mentor-mentee matching, maintain records, and support programme development and reporting.
  • Coordinate documentation, meeting preparations, and follow-ups related to the CBA & CCA Committee.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional roadshows across universities and partner locations.
  • Support additional projects and initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related discipline from a recognised university.
  • Minimum one year experience in student administration and academic coordination within a higher education setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate academic programmes and handle student-related enquiries efficiently.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English, with the ability to draft professional correspondence and reports.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, as well as collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and PR skills, with a student-centric approach and the ability to engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in organising academic events and workshops will be considered an added advantage.
  • A results-driven and proactive attitude, with a passion for contributing to educational excellence.
